Service Description
In this one-to-one, single session, we will discuss ways in which you can move more easily and generatively within your creative life, in whatever ways you need to. Depending on your personal need, this session will encompass talking, somatic work, connection with nature, project planning and ritualised practices. Sessions might attend to the following: - how to work with shame around creativity - deinstitutionalising the body - how to make your space feel more supportive of your creativity - how to prioritise projects - how to move with creative 'dry' spells - tarot for creativity - rituals for creativity - getting started - how to finish - being with over- and under-stimulation - shifting unhelpful stories about our creativity
